Do you love working in a fast-paced bar or restaurant? Are you looking to provide excellent support while growing your experience behind the bar? If so, we’d love for you to be part of our opening team as a Barback at Splash!

What is Splash? Well, the name says it all! It is a vibrant and bold new sports bar located right outside of Chase Center in Thrive City, it features a ninety-foot LED screen and over 85+ televisions, 360-degree viewing, virtual golf bays, scratch kitchen, award winning cocktails. This will be the place to watch your favorite teams play in San Francisco!

The Position:

As a Barback, you will support the bar team before, during and after service; through prep, cleaning, refilling needed products. The barback will also interact with guests, providing excellent service.

Pay: $18.67/hour + Tips

Responsibilities:

· Ensure that the bar area is organized and free of clutter at all times.
· Cut and prepare garnishes, mixers, and glassware.
· Change and remove empty beer kegs
· Prepare large batch recipes per the standard recipe.
· Refill ice bins, stock supplies, and replenish beverage ingredients as needed.
· Wash all glassware in bar areas and place in designated correct place
· Clean and sanitize bar areas and tools and equipment
· Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, assisting with their needs and requests.
· Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth bar operations.
· Assist with training new bar staff and provide guidance as needed.

Requirements:

· Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
· Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
· Good communication skills.
· Strong focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexible availability for varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
