What is Splash? Well, the name says it all! It is a vibrant and bold new sports bar located right outside of Chase Center in Thrive City, it features a ninety-foot LED screen and over 85+ televisions, 360-degree viewing, virtual golf bays, scratch kitchen, award winning cocktails. This will be the place to watch your favorite teams play in San Francisco!

The Position:

As a Host, you will manage all aspects of restaurant bookings and handle general administrative tasks, including making and canceling reservations and ensuring accurate logging of all booking details. You will interact courteously with both guests and staff.

Pay: $20-$22/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

· Anticipate and meet guest needs while delivering exceptional service.
· Manage and update the reservation database, making necessary corrections.
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings and address guest inquiries regarding the menu or venue.
· Process pre-payments for food and beverage reservations when applicable.
· Confirm booking details with guests and note any preferences.
· Promote the company and special events by providing detailed information.
· Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
· Communicate effectively with management about daily reservations, large groups, or overbookings.
· Adhere to health and sanitation standards to protect guests and staff.
· Participate in daily pre-service meetings.
· Engage in ongoing training opportunities to enhance knowledge.

Requirements:

· Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
· Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.
· Willingness to perform tasks that may involve repetitive motions.
· Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials is possible.
· Flexible availability for varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
