Are you a natural at providing guests with great experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment? Does the idea of working behind a busy bar of sports fan sound fun? If so, we’d love for you to be part of our opening team as a Bartender at Splash!

What is Splash? Well, the name says it all! It is a vibrant and bold new sports bar located right outside of Chase Center in Thrive City, it features a ninety-foot LED screen and over 85+ televisions, 360-degree viewing, virtual golf bays, scratch kitchen, award winning cocktails. This will be the place to watch your favorite teams play in San Francisco!

Overview: Join our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm hospitality, attention to detail, and a passion for service. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize guest satisfaction. Enjoying and being knowledgeable about sports and events is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide superior service and prioritize guest experience.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu and food preparation.
  • Prepare and clear tables, serve food and beverages.
  • Foster a warm and relaxed atmosphere for guests.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Greeting guests, escorting them to tables, and assisting with inquiries.
  • Adapt quickly to changing situations and prioritize guest needs.

Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience.
  • Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preferred.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to serve alcohol responsibly (RBS training required)

Physical Demands:
 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Compensation: $18.67 per hour
